As of 12/27/18, restaurant is 'closed for remodel'. No ETA for reopening, place is completely gutted, no staff on hand. The only sign notifying of this closure is right at the entrance.

I would check with hotel.. there hav been some changes with the casinos due to minors getting caught playing in the casinos

Yes, there also is a trolley.

There is a shuttle that will bring you downtown. It is not associatwd with hotwl, but run by the city.
